Consumer Rights – Cancellation & Return Conditions

GENERAL: If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

THE BUYER; may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to himself or to the person/organization at the address he indicated, by notifying the SELLER, without assuming any legal and criminal liability and without showing any reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

3D products purchased through the website are produced to order and customer-specific. If the customer wants to return, they must return it at the BUYER's expense.

Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

According to the Regulation, it is not possible to return products produced by 3D printing at the customer's request, which are prepared according to the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs and are not suitable for return.
