Consumer Rights – Return & Refund Policy

GENERAL: By placing an electronic order through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product, by notifying the SELLER, without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

3D products purchased through the website are custom-made upon order for the customer. If the customer wishes to return, the costs shall be borne by the BUYER.

Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with their boxes, packaging, and standard accessories if any.

PRODUCTS WITHOUT RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Regulation, it is not possible to return products manufactured by 3D printing upon the customer's request.
